Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at worthitskincare@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. If return is accepted, Buyers must send item back to Worth It at the agreed upon address that will be shared to the buyer within 14 days of return acceptance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method, minus the $5.99 return handling fee. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return is received for the merchandise return credit to be processed. We will not refund transaction processing fees for orders canceled by buyers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
